AFC4A Membership

Persons eligible to join the AFC4A are those who are currently or have formerly and honorably served in the functional community of the United States Air Force commonly referred to as "C4". This purposely includes only Department of the Air Force (DAF) civilians, USAF enlisted, and USAF Officers to include Warrants.

Membership in AFC4A includes access to DAF senior leadership briefings and information about ongoing activities within the community. If you wish to join, please fill out the form below.

Membership costs are as follows (visit Membership Dues page to pay):

$30.00 for a one-year membership

$60.00 for a two-year membership

$90.00 for a three-year membership
